After reloading, grants Splendor and Sparkle to self. While Sparkle is active, hitting with a firearm creates a Solar Halo at the location hit. Hitting the Solar Halo with a firearm creates an Aureole in an area around the Solar Halo. Aureoles periodically deal damage and inflict Weaken Regeneration on targets within range. Only 1 Solar Halo can exist at a time and it is removed when the maximum number of Aureoles is reached.
