Decreases the Additional Damage as the number of targets hit increases. When defeating an enemy with a Toxic Skill or firearm, there is a chance to trigger Venom Explosion that deals damage to targets within range. Additionally, grants Enemies' Nightmare to self and gains 1 High-Power Round.
